Course
The Course is delivered over a period of 3, 6, 12 or 18 hours dependant on the needs of the cyclist, their governing body and/or the organisation they operate within … but read on … The Course can be delivered during the day, in the evening or at the weekend. The 6 and 12 hour courses lead to the HSE Level 2 Emergency First Aid in the Workplace qualification whilst the 18 hour course leads to the HSE First Aid at Work qualification. The way in which the course is delivered and the materials used vary dependant on the nature of the group and their existing knowledge of first aid. The Course can be tailored to reflect your particular situation if delivered as a ‘closed’ course – that is solely to you or your employees and volunteers. Individuals are welcome to join an ‘open’ course with a wide variety of cyclists operating in different circumstances.Assessment
