Course

The Course is delivered over either two full days or an equivalent. We often deliver the course over four evenings or two evenings and a single day.
We have no problems fitting in with existing work shift patterns and are happy to teach the course early morning, late evening, overnight or at the weekend if required. You choose what suits you!
As with all of our first aid courses, delivery is through the use of an instructor-led training programme and hands-on practice.
The way in which the Course is delivered is varied dependant on the nature of the group and their existing knowledge of first aid. All participants receive a course manual.
Assessment

Assessment is carried out by the trainer at the end of the course. This takes the form of a 10 question multiple choice test and practical performance evaluation.
Successful candidates are awarded a certificate recognising their participation and achievement on the course. The award is valid for three years.
Accessibility

We do everything we can to ensure that our courses are accessible to all.
