Introduction
Course
The Course is normally delivered over a period of 3 hours … but read on …
The course can be delivered as an open course, where anyone can participate in the course, in which the material delivered is made applicable to all sectors.
Alternatively the course can be delivered as a closed course where those participating are all from one company or organisation. In this case the way in which the course is delivered and the materials used varies dependant on the nature of the group and their existing knowledge of food safety. The course can be tailored to suit your own company or organisation.
In either case there are a number of delivery options available, the most popular of which are as follows ...
(1) as an 6 hour course, over single day or two days, which includes all tuition and the examination.
(2) as a shorter 3 hour course, which includes some tuition and the examination, and is suited to thos e with an existing knowledge of food safety
(3) as a self study course, using course materials we supply, which is followed by a 1 hour revision session and the examination.
The course, in which ever form, can be delivered during the day, in the evening or at the weekend. We have no problems fitting in with existing work shift patterns and are happy to teach the course early morning, late evening or overnight if required!
